Bizarre Diamond Blogspot

Having a multi-thousand Googleganger name, I haven't bothered 'Advanced Searching' Greg Dunn since the initial fascination with the electric internet in 1996, but every year or so, I do have a good look through the pages specifically relating to the Yachting World Diamond design.

I am lucky enough to be the current custodian of Black Diamond, sail number K44, of which there will hopefully be much more mention in these pages if I can achieve the potential summer racing programme on offer in the Blackwater this year.

Having a good old Google this evening, I found a rather bizarre site from a fellow blogspotter called 'diamond-r', who seems to have a thing about diamonds and random sentence generation. Since February, this site has racked up and incredible number of posts, well into the hundreds, that tell one absolutely nothing!

This is the page that relates to the Yachting World Diamond:-

If anyone can make bow or transom of it, please let me know!

Yours, in confusion........

Oh, so you're a fiddler as well as an accordionist, I see.

I am waiting to see how well you did on 'paint your own Pollock' so I can leave a suitable retaliatory unkind remark and case aspersions on your artistic talents as you did on mind. But then, you're a Tollesburyman, so what can one expect?

And that'll be 'cast', not 'case', obviously. I blame the wine.

You're just rubbing my nose in it now with bibulous posts taunting my Lenten hell! It's more than two weeks until I'm back to the toping.

My JP must remain in my private gallery for two good reasons. One, that I haven't the wit to know how to transfer it to the blog (pleeeeeeease can you give me a tutorial in how to put Youtubey stuff on?) and more importantly, it shows significantly more criminal depravity than yours! So there!

YouTubey stuff is easy. on the right hand side of the YouTube clip you've selected, you'll see a little strip of white with text in entitled 'embed'. Copy that. Paste it into a Word document. Copy that and paste it into your blog post. For some reason it doesn't seem to like being cut and pasted straight into blogger - no idea why. You can't see the clip in your unpublished post except in 'preview', but it should work once you click 'publish'. Hope that helps. I'll send you my invoice idc. Bank holiday rates. Expensive, but worth it!

They say you can't teach an old Tollesburyman new tricks, but I specialize in exceptionally proving rules, so thank you Juliet.

Need that drink even more after I read the invoice though!
